Doctor of Psychology
Marriage and Family Therapy Associate

I am a PsyD and a marriage and family therapy associate who works with adults, couples, and relationships.

Learning how to love, be loved, and give love to ourselves can often be challenging. We experience rejection, trauma, and misunderstanding from others. Learning how to process these experiences is a process we are rarely able to do alone. In addition to working with couples and relational units, I see adult individuals with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression. I enjoy supporting those working to understand experiences of queerness, gender non-conformity and neurodiversity.

My approach in therapy is based in collaboration and guided by a client’s needs and identities. I am skilled in providing therapy, but you are the expert on yourself. I use techniques from a variety of theories including The Gottman Method (typically for couples/relationships), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Trauma informed care is imperative in my work, and knowing how vulnerable therapy can be, I enjoy building the care you feel will best support you. I believe that awareness of oppressive systems is critical in understanding an individual’s mental health, and important to facilitating growth and healing.

I have my bachelors degree in psychology from Portland State University. I completed my doctor of psychology (PsyD) degree at the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University in Fresno, California.
